First Mission Jitters

On Captain Kirk's first mission he makes some grave errors in judgment by being too cavalier about their situation and after a valiant fight winds up being trapped and shackled in a dungeon with Spock. After watching TOS (or more to the point as i am watching TOS) i think more and more that the TOS Jim is far more fallible then the New Kirk and that he would have to make this kind of error to learn from it and better understand the boundaries he has to work with. Spock is contemplating his new captain's methods and jim is trying to think of a way to escape.

I drew Jim and Spock based on OLD pictures of Shatner and Nimoy so these are the very young originals.
